ORTA™ Vascular Model Series

By incorporating sensors into the "ORTA™" vascular model that reproduces the mechanical properties of human blood vessels, it is now possible to quantitatively visualize the treatment techniques of specialists in an environment close to clinical practice, which has been difficult to visualize in the past. The "BIS-ORTA" sensor-equipped vascular model system optimized for endovascular therapy effectively visualizes the clinical performance of treatment techniques and devices.

We provide a vascular model that precisely reproduces the shape and size of the diseased area based on the diagnostic data of a patient awaiting actual treatment. This enables accurate verification of the tip shaping of the catheter or guidewire to be used in the actual procedure, as well as the size selection of implanted devices such as stents.
