Quotation Process

  • STEP 1

    Select "Order Request" in the "Details of Request" section of the form and fill in the required information.

  • STEP 2

    After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • STEP 3

    We will send you a quotation to the e-mail address you entered in the form within a week.

Ordering Process

  • STEP 1

    Select "Order Request" in the "Details of Request" section of the form and fill in the required information.

  • STEP 2

    After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • STEP 3

    We will send you a quotation and invoice to the e-mail address you entered in the form within one week.

  • STEP 4

    Please check the contents of the quotation, and if you are satisfied with the quotation, please make a bank transfer to the bank account indicated on the invoice.

  • STEP 5

    We will arrange for the manufacturing of the product and inform you of the delivery date.

  • STEP 6

    After receiving the product, please inspect the product and check its operation.

Notes on sending case data

In case of file upload

  • (1)Please create the file as STL data.
  • (2)Please anonymize the data and prepare data with segmentation (subtraction) of the target vascular segment. In case of multiple imaging, please send us as much imaging data as possible so that we can make various proposals.
  • (3)Please make sure that the STL data is "completely closed" before sending.
  • (4)STL data files should be compressed in ZIP format.
    The maximum size of one file is 1000MB (1GB).

In case of saving to USB memory device

  • (1)Please create the file as STL data.
  • (2)Compress the STL data file in ZIP format.
    Please send the compressed data to the following address after saving it to a USB memory device.
